Associate - B2B Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Associate to join our team and help grow our customer base through personalized sales and excellent service.
Responsibilities :
- Drive business growth by identifying and developing new B2B sales opportunities in the IT sector.
- Promote and sell IT solutions (such as software, cloud services, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure) to corporate clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
- Understand client IT needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their technical requirements.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of IT products and services (e.g., software, cloud, networks, etc.).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate value to clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
