Associate Area Business Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Area Business Manager to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- In the designated area, drive sales performance and business growth.
- Create and implement sales tactics to broaden your customer base and increase your market share.
- To accomplish company goals, lead, coach, and inspire a group of sales executives and agents.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Keep an eye on consumer demands, rival activity, and market trends to spot fresh chances.
- Effective sales planning and execution will guarantee that the goals are met.
- Provide team members with performance evaluations, field coaching, and sales training.
- Control conversion rates, lead creation, and pipeline development.
- Verify adherence to quality standards, industry rules, and corporate policies.
- Senior management should receive regular reports and insights on sales performance.
Candidate Profile :
- Two years of field sales experience in the banking, financial services, or insurance (BFSI) industry.
- Demonstrated success in hitting and surpassing sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- The capacity to successfully implement sales programs and create commercial strategy.
- Expertise in handling important accounts and managing client relationships.
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software expertise.
- Being prepared to travel inside Mysore and the surrounding areas when necessary.
