Associate Area Business Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
Oversee and expand our agency network in the insurance sector of India. Lead new business possibilities, create strategic sales initiatives, and oversee and coach a group of agents.
Responsibilities :
- Formulate and execute expansion plans for the agency network.
- Oversee, coach, and inspire a group of sales representatives.
- Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.
- To improve performance, examine market trends and sales figures.
- Verify adherence to corporate policy and legal obligations.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree
- At least two years of experience managing sales in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication, strategic, and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance laws and markets in India.
- The applicant must have previous fieldwork experience.
- The candidate must be local.
