Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Business Development: Identify and recruit new high-potential agency partners to expand our market reach.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with agency partners to develop and implement business plans that align with company objectives and drive sales growth.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to agency partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to succeed.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through effective partner management and development.
