Associate Area Business Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Area Business Manager to join our team in Mysore. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
-Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and sales performance in the assigned area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market reach.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/agents to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure target achievement through effective sales planning and execution.
- Conduct sales training, performance reviews, and field coaching for team members.
- Manage lead generation, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance to senior management.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 years of field sales experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong team management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop business strategies and execute sales plans effectively.
- Experience in customer relationship management and key account handling.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Mysore and nearby regions as required.
