Associate Agent Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Reporting To : Sr. Associate Partner Mgt /Partner
Department : Agency Function Agency Sales
Hiring For (Job Role): Associate Agency Development Manager(AADM) and Agency Development Manager(ADM)
Specs for AADM/ADM:
- Must be graduate & above (12th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).
- For AADM/ADM Min 2+ yrs. of field sales experience. Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)
- CTC: For AADM (3 to 4.50 lacs) and ADM ( 4.50 to 5.50 lacs)
- Must be localite
- Age between 25 years to 40 years
- Must have two wheeler
