Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Agency Manager in day-to-day operations and decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet agency goals.
- Support and train team members, helping them achieve their targets.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports for the Agency Manager.
Requirement:
