Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
The Sales Manager - Insurance will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents and achieving sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies, providing guidance and coaching to agents, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's sales targets.
- Manage a team of insurance agents and provide guidance and coaching to help them achieve their individual sales targets.
- Train new agents and provide ongoing training to existing agents to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell insurance products effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on progress towards sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective sales processes.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
