Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Associate Agency Development Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our agency's network of financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment of new agents or advisors.
- Identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assess their suitability for the role.
- Coordinate ongoing training sessions to enhance agents' skills and knowledge.
- Mentor and coach agents to help them achieve their sales targets.
- Collaborate with agents to set clear and achievable sales and development goals.
- Assist agents in creating business plans and strategies to reach their targets.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Minimum 2 years Work experiences in Sales area.
- Must be a local candidate
- Age range: 22 to 38 years
