Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The person in this position is responsible for recruiting and developing other sales leaders as well as building and maintaining relationships with business owners and employees.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and prospect potential clients who may benefit from life insurance coverage.
- Conduct market research to understand customer demographics and preferences.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients to gain their trust and loyalty.
- Analyze clients' financial situations, needs, and objectives to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Set and achieve sales targets as set by the insurance company or agency manager.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and policies sold.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities
