Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As an Agency Channel Representative at an insurance company, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents who will sell the company's insurance products to customers. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and attract potential insurance agents through various channels, such as job portals, referrals, and networking. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and select individuals who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.
- Provide comprehensive training to newly recruited agents, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of agents, providing coaching and feedback to improve their skills and effectiveness.
- Identify and recruit potential agency partners to expand the agency network. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and select qualified individuals to join the agency channel. Coordinate the onboarding process, including training and orientation programs.
- Monitor the sales performance of agency partners and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop action plans to maximize sales and revenue. Prepare reports on agency channel performance for management review.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
