Job Summary :

We are looking for a goal-oriented Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to drive sales growth, develop high-performing teams, and expand our market footprint. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in BFSI or FMCG, who excels in team handling, business acquisition, and client relationship management. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive business success.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market penetration.

- Recruit, onboard, and support agency partners, advisors, and channel partners.

- Conduct regular sales training, skill development, and performance evaluations for the team.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development efforts.

- Foster strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer retention.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance metrics.

- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize sales processes and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

- Conduct regular field visits to engage with customers and drive business conversions.

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in field sales within BFSI or FMCG sectors (Mandatory).

- Prior experience in team handling, recruitment, and leadership.

- Strong ability to develop, motivate, and manage a sales team.

- Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and strategize for sales performance improvement.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced sales environment.
