We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Agency Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of our channel.
Responsibilities:
- Support agency partners to enhance productivity and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct training sessions to improve agent skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor agency performance metrics and implement strategies for growth.
- Assist in recruiting and on boarding new agency partners.
- Collaborate on sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on agency performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree.
- Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
- Must be local
