The AADM will work for the Agency Distribution channel. The role includes Recruiting Agent Advisors for Max Life Insurance and Developing the Agent by which they can do independent business and achieve business plan.

The Process of candidate selection :
Candidates will attend online Test first ( Test content with sales view on situational, numerical and logical reasoning ) , post clear the exams will have first round of interview with Branch Manager, incase of selection second round with Regional Manager and post Hr will discussion on compensation. ) The process takes about 10 days. Its always expected that a candidate will join on an immediate basis.
