Associate Agency Development Manager - Sales - BFSI/FMCG (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Agency Development Manager to expand and strengthen our agency network in Hassan. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents while driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to mentor and guide a team toward success.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard potential insurance agents to build a strong distribution network.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance support to agency partners.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Conduct field visits, sales workshops, and business development activities.
- Ensure that agents meet their sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Implement digital sales tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain records and reports on agent performance, business progress, and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in BFSI, FMCG, or team handling roles.
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on results and business expansion.
- Knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and agency management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
