Keiretsu is currently hiring for a renowned corporation for the role of Associate Agency Development Manager
Experience : 2- 2.5 yrs in Sales Background
Location : Kolkata, Mumbai, Thane, Patna, Rourkela, Guwahati, Gangtok
Responsibilities :
Agent Recruitment & Development :
- Develop agent hiring sources and pipeline
- Enhance existing agent referrals
- Conduct career seminars and follow hiring norms
- Ensure product knowledge through training and field demos
- Develop agent prospecting and work habits
Meet Business Targets :
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans
- Improve agent productivity and persistency
- Maintain product mix sales ratio and business norms
Customer Centricity :
- Be an MLI brand ambassador and customer champion
- Develop deep customer loyalty through MLI sales practices
- Hold regular customer meets and respond to queries satisfactorily
