5. Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and agent pipeline.
6. Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.
Desired Quality in Candidate: Candidate shall have min. of 1 year of any sale experience. Candidates having sales experience from BFSI, Pharma, FMCG, Telecom, Consumer Durable, Auto will be preferred. Candidates should have their own conveyance.
