As an Associate Agency Development Manager, you will assist in recruiting, training, and developing insurance advisors. You will play a key role in supporting the agency team to meet its sales targets and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new insurance advisors.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to advisors to help them achieve their targets.
- Help drive recruitment and sales initiatives for the agency.
- Track performance and provide regular feedback to advisors.
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or agency development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to mentor and develop others.
