Associate Agency Development Manager - Agency Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Agency Channel Insurance Agent is responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and meeting sales targets within the insurance industry. This position involves developing relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and selling policies that meet those needs. The Agent will work as an independent contractor, representing one or more insurance companies, and will be responsible for developing a book of business through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in order to understand their insurance needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by prospecting for new business, upselling to existing clients, and cross-selling other insurance products.
- Conduct insurance assessments and analysis of client needs to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate policies.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance policies and claims.
- Provide ongoing customer service and support, including responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Attend training sessions, seminars, and other professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
- Build and maintain a network of referral sources and strategic partners to generate new business..

- Must be graduation
