Associate/Ad Specialist - Digital Marketing - Digital Marketing Firm (0-2 yrs)
- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Ad Specialist to join our marketing team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Ads)
- Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimise ad campaigns
- Monitor and analyse performance data to make data-driven decisions on ad optimization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new opportunities to expand reach and drive results
- Maintain detailed records and reports on all ad campaigns
Basic Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in PPC and digital marketing ad management
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Ads
- Proven track record of delivering positive ROI from PPC campaigns
- Experience with A/B testing and ad optimization techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred)
Package Offered : 25K to 40K per month (based on skills and interview performance)
