Associate - Account Management/Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
Criteria:-
1.Academic cutoff-60% (10th, 12th, Graduation, Masters)
2.Courses-BCA, BE, BBA, MBA, MCA
3. Pass out of 2019 can apply
4. Freshers, only internship experience can be considered
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in managing and troubleshooting issues around
Customer facing tools, billing, reporting etc. and thereby ensuring a world class customer experience and quality of service.
- Become an expert in interpreting customer reports, tracking contract consumption, delivering business reports, reviews and analysis.
- Manage and drive both expectations and compliance with regards to the Customer's selected Service and Support tier, both with the Customer and inside
- Remain focused, at all times, on the Customer experience and satisfaction
