Assistant Zonal Manager for one of our clients based out of Delhi And Mumbai into Door hardware and architectural hardware specifically from sales domain.
Job Description :
- Strengthen the sales network in the assigned zone with extensive familiarity with the designated region.
- Enlarge geographical coverage of the territory and grow dealer base.
- Meeting the sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Impart technical training to dealers & sales staff.
- Ensure high-quality customer service & client satisfaction.
- Motivate, develop and manage the team for the achievement of incremental sales target and also ensure development of the team members
