Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Business Development/Sales - SaaS (11-18 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Business Development AVP/ VP to work directly with our leadership team and large global organizations. You'll represent our organization, building strong relationships from scratch, contributing to upselling and cross-selling to existing clients. Proven experience in consultative enterprise sales, relationship building with C-level executives, and cloud/SaaS-based software deployments is essential.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles: lead generation, qualification, presentations, demonstrations, account-based marketing, simulations, proposals, negotiations, revenue generation, and account receivables.

- Build trusted advisory relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales targets.

- Collaborate with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams for timely solution delivery.

- Analyze marketing trends and competitor activities, providing inputs for strategy fine-tuning.

- Ensure an exceptional client experience with a "get-things-done" attitude.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

- 11 - 18 years of experience in enterprise or business development.

- Willingness to travel 80% of the time, servicing clients across multiple geographies.

- Advanced skills in system integrations, requirements gathering, writing SOWs, RFI/RFP documentation, proposal submission, and cross-functional project management.

- Expertise in executive presentations and CRM tools.

- Excellent communication skills for persuading, influencing, negotiating, and presenting.

- Confident, dynamic persona with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
