Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Business Development - Recruitment & Staffing (12-25 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for MAPL's business expansion across its core services, including staffing, manpower outsourcing, apprenticeship management, and work-integrated education programs
- Assume full P&L and revenue responsibilities for the business unit, ensuring profitability and growth
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Business Development:
- Expand MAPL's portfolio of partners and clients within the staffing and outsourcing manpower solution, apprenticeship, and work-integrated education programs domain.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industry stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions addressing client needs.
3. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive excellence in service delivery, focusing on client satisfaction and measurable outcomes.
4. Team Leadership:
- Build and mentor a high-performing team capable of delivering MAPL's vision.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
- Monitor key financial metrics, optimizing profitability and cost-effectiveness.
6. Market Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay abreast of trends and developments in the staffing industry and skill development sectors.
- Implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance service offerings.
