Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in domestic and international market
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
- Research industries and identify potential customers from relevant industry verticals
- Lead and manage marketing initiatives to ensure continuous flow of qualified leads
- Understand the Channel tech offerings and product capability in depth to independently perform pre-sales and solutions activities
- Understand client needs, design appropriate solutions basis Channel core competencies, respond to RFPs and negotiate deals to closure
- Research industry best-practices, competitor offerings, evolving client needs to help in formulating Product Roadmap
Qualification :
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 5+ years of Business Development experience
- 2+ years of Business Development experience in B2B SaaS solutions International BD experience will be an added plus
