Must-Have :
- Software Product and E-learning Services
- Working in LMS/assessment/SAAS company
Qualification :
- Minimum Graduate (B.Tech preferred) with good communication skills. MBA is a plus
Experience :
- 8 - 12 Years of sales experience in enterprise software selling to HR Departments (preferably in e-learning and LMS)
Skills Required :
- Experience of SaaS Product sales, E-learning Service sales is desirable
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results and Experience :
- Previous experience as a sales manager or sales director
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrable experience of developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable action plans
- Already existing network of business relations in large corporates which can be tapped for sales leads
- Existing Network to find new opportunities for making appropriate sales pitches to them
- Generate leads through participation in industry events
- Gathering market and customer information
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships in Sync with Business team
- Presentation and Qualifying leads
- Making presentations to leads generated or coming from calling team
- Creating a brand impact through relevant cases
- Qualifying through understanding their business and problem statement
- Proposal and Closure
- Creating detailed proposal documents
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- CRM
- Recording sales information into CRM
- Analyzing CRM data to find opportunities for cross-selling
