What is the role?

- Manager, Staffing sales will be responsible for onboarding clients exploring third party staffing /off rolls solutions. He will be responsible for monitoring and chasing the revenue target for the region

What are the key tasks?

- Accounts Management - To ensure smooth recruitment process for the clients and coordinating with the team and the client to get maximum revenue out of the engagement

- Onboardings / KYC - To achieve monthly onboarding targets for the city ensuring proper KYC procedures

- Handling Migrations - Convincing clients to transfer current people under the client's payroll or some other vendors- payroll to OLX People's payroll

- Billing / Collection - To ensure timely invoicing and collection of billables

- Internal Communication - To ensure healthy communication between ops and the sales team

- Team Management - Experience in handling 10+ membered Business development and relationship management Team

What is the eligibility Criteria?

- Graduate

- 10+ years B2B sales experience, should have expertise in handling migrations of 6000+

- Preferred industries - Staffing, HR tech (payroll, expense management, compliance)

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Willing to initiate meaningful conversations and pitches
