What to expect from the role :
- Develop state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies for lead generation and customer engagement across platforms with a focus on business impact
- Performance Marketing including ideation, execution and reporting of performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media with the team
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Identify top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for all company led marketing initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Who are we looking for ?
Candidate's attributes :
- 10+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing focusing on performance marketing in a high growth start up culture
- Self-starter, high ownership & ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Data driven and great analytical skills who finds out of the box solutions in the function of marketing
- Someone who is great with people and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty
- Highly creative to find the right platform, ideas and ways to drive business
Functional Attributes :
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Webmaster and other advanced analytical tools)
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and technologies - AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn & affiliates.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Team handling experience
Great to haves :
- Exposure to financial and accounting courses or similar industry
