Assistant Vice President - Corporate Sales - Team Lead
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Hunter Instinct : Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve Company's objectives
- Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment for all orders secured
- Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLA's. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel
- Seek appointments and meet Senior Management of clients (CXOs)
- Ability to strongly negotiate and close deals
- Make presentations and give demo of the product suite
- Should be able to identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and
propose solutions for overall business enhancement
- Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
- Share Daily/ Weekly/monthly/quarterly business updates & achievements across products and segments to the Senior Management.
Should have B2B Sales experience :
- Willing to be an individual contributor, generate leads and make cold calls
- Should have had hardcore field sales experience
Knowledge, Competencies & Experience :
- 5+yrs years of Sales experience
- Should have dealt with Corporates, Banks, FI's
- Comfortable talking to GM's, CXO's and above
- Experience in Digital Product Sales/Information Products will be an advantage
