Assistant Vice President - B2C Sales - EduTech (6-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The AVP, Sales will be the sole custodian for revenue generation in the team
- Meet revenue numbers through team and individual targets
- Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.
- To deliver revenue month on month by setting up a high performing b2c sales team
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch
- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon
- Direct Sales work ex (Preferably in b2c )
- Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
