Assistant Vice President - B2B Sales - FinTech (6-10 yrs)
- Our Client is an Upcoming Fintech which works in the area of credit risks, supply chain and compliance monitoring.
AVP - B2B Corporate Sales
- Candidates with B2B Corporate Sales experience interacting with CEOs/GMs/CFOs only apply. (Candidates from Fintech/Banks/Financial Institutions experience only apply)
Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in the B2B space preferably in SaaS, Banks/Insurance/Financial Institutions/Fintech
- Should have worked in a Managerial Level for at least 2 years.
- Good network with CEOs/CFOs/GMs for sale of product.
- Well-established contacts within the market & ability to create new relationships.
- Capacity to think beyond traditional sales mindset.
- Genuine customer empathy and strong time management skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi &/or other relevant regional languages
- Excited to travel, meet people, and build life-long relationships
Responsibilities :
- Employ a consultative sales approach to develop and close new business opportunities
- Accurately forecast and maintain a desirable sales pipeline to achieve quarterly targets
- Use your experience in need identification & research to formalize a sales strategy
- Segregate and prioritize qualified target accounts to optimize the sales effort
- Support sales professionals in executing the sales cycle to build the top of the funnel
- Identify new opportunities in the market, and build relationships with prospects as an expert on employee benefits

Salary : 1,500,000.00 - 1,800,000.00 per year
