Job Description
- The job as a Assistant Territory Manager, It is a steppingstone to an exciting career as adventure learning advisor and outdoor instructor. The job is a multitasking assignment, where candidates are required to visit schools, agents and meet key decision makers to promote soft adventure programs. The candidate also works as an instructor in these programs organized in city and at outstation camp sites.
- Selected candidate undergoes STG, which is a professionally designed Induction and On Job Training program. The candidate gets a chance to work with most professional adventure leaders and outdoor learning experts. This enables committed and hardworking to achieve professional and financial growth, unmatchable in the industry.
- Work life presents frequent adventure opportunities of participating in Rock Climbing, Trekking, Camping, etc. Those who are, 18 to 25 -year-old with a passion of working in outdoor and adventure industry in a professional work culture should apply. The candidate should have a bike or should be willing to take it.
Job Description :
"1. Achieve individual revenue target by maximizing footfall at campsite and cross selling opportunities of other programs
2. Support in executing monthly Local Area Marketing Plan to create awareness and build database of prospective customers.
3. Generate, follow up and close group queries from schools and small corporate.
4. Attend to the queries of direct customer and close these individual queries.
5. Meet every camp visitor and build relationship to generate cross selling, up selling and referral opportunities.
6. Increase guest reviews and satisfaction by ensuring smooth program delivery.
7. Actively participate and contribute to daily and weekly meetings and reviews.
8. Design proposals as per client requirements
9. Participate and manage in public relation events and activities
10. Work as group instructor in camps and programs
11. Provide 24 x 7 support to the team and clients.
12. Maintain and update different types of records and files.
13. Comply with all existing and new rules informed from time to time
Skills & Qualifications
1. Graduate (from any Stream)
2. Ability to use Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
3. Good communication & presentation skills in local language
4. Working ability of English Speaking & Skills
5. Background of sports or other extracurricular activities
6. Passion of travelling across India
Growth & Compensation:
1. Fixed Salary of Rs. 2.5 - 2.8 Lakh per Annum
2. Attractive incentive structure after probation
