Assistant Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (3-10 yrs)
- Ensuring servicing of leads generated from the by various marketing activities and driving productivity in terms of lead curation.
- Lead a team of 30 to 40 associates, and unit heads, lead by examples when needed, hand hold and guide the team.
- Lead nurturing and strategic lead management to ensure the right product is pitched to the customers using a consultative approach
- Ensuring Pre-sales RM Training on the product details and for an effective call pitch
- Call Quality monitoring for identifying gaps and plugging them through feedback and regular audits
- Review team performance periodically and identify opportunities and work with enabling team to plug the gap or provide constructive feedback to the team members and make a progress plan and partner to succeed
- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders & cross functional teams
- Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behaviour leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning
- Timely reporting with daily, weekly and monthly reviews
- Analysing the given market and providing inputs to management for growth opportunities
