About Client :
It is India's leading online learning platform for school students with over 2.0 crore enrolled students across CBSE, ICSE and leading state boards. It's an online tuition company with course offerings for class 1 to 12.
Role :
- As Senior Education executive/ ATL, you will be a brand ambassador of our Brand. You will be responsible to convert free users into premium/paid customers. You will closely work with the other departments at work to meet sales / revenue objectives.
Job Description :
- Give home demos and online demos(incase parents don't want you to visit their home), first preference is home demo and convert them into paid/ Premium customers
- ECs have to generate 30% of own leads to drive enrolments i.e. from references / self-generated data
- Self-calling/Cold calling to generate meetings
- Counselling students and parents about various products of ours & convert them to admissions
- Would be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound sales calls with follow ups.
- Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of all the queries related to E- learning solutions.
- Understand parents/students needs and offer them relevant products
- Optimum utilization of Lead which will be provided by the company.
- Need to complete daily KPIs with monthly targets through effective convincing and selling skills.
Specific Consideration :
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Sales Experience
- Candidate must have his own conveyance.
- Should have smartphone
- Must be comfortable travelling within Delhi NCR region daily for client meetings once the situation gets normal
