We are looking for Dynamic & Experienced professional for the cited role. (Assistant Store Manager)

KRA's are as below:

1. Floor Management: It's for all in-house sales & operations activities.

2. Staff Planning: Create an efficient staff plan and that covers all areas at all times. Also, managing their shifts ensure their attendance at the allocated time.

3. Sales and Customer Service: Greet customers and approach them by offering help and suggestions. Ensure that complaints and returns are handled friendly, helpfully and professionally. Ensure a customer satisfaction rating of 80%

4. Cash Point: Ensure cleanliness at the cash point. Ensure the customer has a good exit by a positive salutation line. Make sure customer data has been logged in the handbook and system

5. Merchandising and Shop Appearance: Ensure the store walk & given check list is followed along with handling of leftovers. Support replenishment of the sales floor. Following merchandising guidelines. Floor cleanliness must be taken care.

6. Buying & Products: Follow-up on stock aging and rate of stock turnover (ROST) on a weekly basis and take action on it. (Expected minimum rotation 8 times a year - target 12 times in general)

7. Financial figures and results: Follow-up on daily/monthly/yearly financial reports and ensure that floor area is within target, w.r.t. Budget, Figures & Expenses.

8. Personality and Attitude: Handling of fixtures, mannequins, hangars & price signs. Performance and Process Management reports preparation. Developing new initiatives to improve organization's business & self opportunities within the company.

MUST REQUIRED :

Presentation: As the industry is into customer service, we are looking for incumbent with pleasing personality & a smile on face.

Communication: Good verbal & written communication both in "English & Hindi" is a Must.

Age Factor: Young blood with enthusiasm in nerves are welcome up-to 28 Years.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in Leadership Role is mandatory to be eligible.

Industry: Managers from Apparels / Accessories / Sport-Wear Industry are applicable.

Qualification: Graduate / MBA with above all skill sets are required to apply.
