Job Description :
- Responsible for Top line growth
- Regular review of business and monitoring the business and availability of top departments.
- Organizing and implementing sales programmes and brand strategies to increase market share.
- Align visual merchandising to boost sales and increase in Average Bill Value
- Responsible for Store Processes and Audit
- Maintain and Improve Service Standards
- Development of Customer Service Processes and Facilities.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures and systems are followed
- Ensure Product training for all CCA's
- Development and training of unit team
- Motivation and counselling
- Improve Profitability & Resource Management
- Loss prevention and shrinkage control
- Ensure high margin merchandise is given priority to sell
- Drive and initiate schemes and promotions in the store
- Business relations and negotiations for the store
- Strategies sales plans; Budgeting & control
- Responsible for Store Image
- Organizing and implementing brand building strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate must have good communication skills.
2. Should have experience in handling a Retail Store
3. Age should not be more than 32 Years
4. Candidates must be from Apparel Industry only.
