Assistant Sales Role - Real Estate - IIT/IIM/FMS/MDI (2-6 yrs)
- Experience : 2 - 6 years of experience in Real Estate/Financial Products
- Education : Graduate in Humanities/Communication/Science/Technology/BBA/MBA/Commerce from Tier 1 Institutions.
- We have multiple openings for Assistant Sales, to join a young and dynamic Luxury Residential team.
- The ideal candidate for this position must be be passionate about driving big-ticket luxury residential and commercial sales.
- He/she must be articulate, well-groomed, coming from a formal institutional sales background, and confident in managing the expectations of highly placed - HNI clients.
- Must be a self-starter capable of managing prospects and taking them to closures while collaboratively working with leaders on the broader transactions and business goals.
- Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management
- Handling clients for key residential projects in Pune.
- Attending meetings and business interactions with prospective clients.
- Maintaining the quality of services and experience as expected from the brand, and closing - transactions with clear understanding of the market.
- Conducting closing meeting with prospects to close the sales.
- Promoting new launches and driving sales goals in order to achieve broader business targets.
- Understanding and sharing market insights and buyer preferences to help achieve velocity and volumes.
- Relationship Management
- Handling customer queries for better customer relationships.
- Identifying prospective clients and generating referral business from existing customers to achieve business goals.
- Interacting with the client and channel partners on a regular basis, addressing their requirements, and resolving issues if any.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable adviser and alternate channel networks.
- Driving sales through various dealer networks.
- Activations Management
- Organizing various promotional activities with the Marketing Team to generate new leads.
- Active participation in launching of various projects and driving sales numbers,
- Conducting and participating in local exhibitions and initiatives for promoting the portfolio.
- Proper coordination and collaboration with colleagues and the other departments.
- Managing GREs to ensure correct data inputs and timely reporting of visits and booking data.
