Assistant Sales Manager - Solar Products (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Make cold calls to prospective customers to advertise solar goods and services.
- Recognize the needs of the client and offer suitable suggestions and solutions.
- Use networking and market research to find and create new business prospects.
- Establish and preserve connections with prospective customers by communicating frequently and giving product demos.
- Share information and experience to improve junior sales representatives' effectiveness by mentoring and advising them.
- Encourage a culture of high performance and ongoing learning by helping to create a supportive and cooperative team atmosphere.
- Continued customer service, answering technical questions, quickly fixing problems, and guaranteeing client pleasure.
- To find areas where goods, services, and sales procedures need to be improved, get input from customers.
- To guarantee enduring business, cultivate and maintain connections with clients.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
