Assistant Sales Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- To locate, identify, and seize business possibilities, both immediate and long-term.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and with new customer bases.
- To maintain customer retention by making sure that customers' continuing expectations are satisfied.
- Overseeing all day-to-day sales operations, such as prospecting, market development, service agreements, and proposals.
- Monitor the field team's daily activities and provide guidance, training, and motivation to help them achieve both personal and organizational goals.
- Providing instruction on items, selling techniques, lead prospecting, and closing techniques to subordinates in order to help them acquire the necessary abilities.
- Checks in with any customers to ensure their satisfaction with the goods.
- Proactively locating and getting in touch with potential clients, as well as following up on sales.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
