Assistant Sales Manager - SaaS (5-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Development : Identify and target new business opportunities for custom virtual showroom services and our existing SaaS solutions.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Product Feedback : Work closely with the product team to communicate market feedback and insights, contributing to product enhancements and new feature development.

- Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Head of Sales, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to position us as a leader in the virtual showroom market.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and other internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications :


- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on SaaS and custom services. Experience in e-commerce or virtual/3D technology is a plus.

- Track Record : Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue streams.

- Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

- Tech Savvy : Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.

- Analytical : Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

- Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
