Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate (4-6 yrs)
The ideal candidate will assist in driving our sales strategy and help manage the sales team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Manage and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities.
- Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
