Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the sales process from initial lead generation through closing, maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the luxury retirement property sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including affluent retirees, their families, and influencers within the senior living community.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising agencies to create compelling sales collateral and promotional materials targeting the older demographic and their expat children,
- Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members, including mentoring and training on effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property inventory.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
