Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Ensure that the period's sales goals are met and take action to raise the market share and sales goals in the designated areas.
- Maintain tight oversight over the dealers to control overdue or outstanding payments.
- Arrange site inspections with the Technical Support Team and make use of their knowledge to optimise trade and non-trade sales in accordance with specifications.
- Keep friendly relationships with real estate agents, brokers, building firms, and final clients in order to maximise sales through repeat business and concentrate on long-term client retention.
- Maintain a high degree of client satisfaction by promptly resolving complaints from customers.
- To maximise sales in the area, carry out the weekly plan, map out the territories that already exist, and find new territories.
- Create district-specific local marketing strategies, campaigns, and other productive means of producing goods.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
