Assistant Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and put into action sales strategy to meet sales goals.
- Oversee and cultivate connections with current and prospective clients.
- Track and evaluate client comments and sales performance
- Create and provide sales reports.
- Deliver first-rate customer support via chat, email, and phone calls.
- As soon as a consumer asks a question, identify and fix the problem, and escalate it if needed.
- Respond to client complaints professionally and empathetically, coming up with workable solutions to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Retain current understanding of the pharmaceutical sector.
- Create and keep up a productive sales network
- Look for chances to cross- or upsell current clients on additional goods and services.
- Support the creation and enhancement of operations and sales processes and procedures.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
