Assistant Sales Manager - Modern Trade/HORECA/Institutional Sales - Marine Food (7-10 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for Modern Trade Sales for Karnataka region.
- Handling Karnataka State for Horecca sales/Institutional sales/Modern Trade
- Growing the business by penetrating new market
- Handling the team
- To capture, analyze and review customer feedback on product and services and provide appropriate inputs to marketing and production teams
- To monitor sales activity related to existing customers, distribution channel, pipeline, and prospects; hold sales people accountable for meeting their targets
- Inventory forecasting for the region through market analysis
- Budget Planning and Sales and Stocks forecasting for month on month and tracking on weekly basis.
- Build good relationships with Retailer and Distributor to develop joint sales plan with them to achieve maximum volumes.
- Monitor and tracking regular reports to senior management on competitive activities and market situation
