Assistant Sales Manager - Logistics Firm (4-8 yrs)
- Domain based selling experience preferably in the field of Customs Brokerage and Trade Compliance (Licensing and Advisory Services).
- Prior experience of working on Targets with proven results.
- Quick learner on the product and ability to demonstrate the value proposition to clients.
- Build a pipeline of customer by doing primary research and existing contacts within industry.
- Participate in Trade shows and demonstrate Cargomen capabilities.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from enquiry to proposal and finally contracting with customer.
- Good negotiation skills to timely close contracts.
- Build collateral and working models to showcase to our clients.
- Prepare and provide customized solutions for customer showcasing domain experience.
- We provide a competitive compensation consisting of Fixed and Sales Linked incentive.
- Should be good in communications and responding to requests on time.
- Should be willing to travel within the region for client meetings and reviews.
- Ability to collect outstanding payments on time as per the payment terms.
- Willing to travel extra mile for Customer requirements and provide a unique customer experience.
- Working with Marketing team to provide thoughts about new products and lines of business.
