Assistant Sales Manager - Life Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Opening for an Assistant Sales Manager with minimum experience of 3 years.
Key Responsibility:
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervising, guiding, and motivating the sales team staff to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
Candidate Requirements :
