Assistant Sales Manager - Large Format Printing (6-12 yrs)
We are seeking to hire an Assistant Sales manager - Channel sales for Our Client.
They are a world leader in imaging technologies and they are now expanding into the Indian market with a full range of industry-leading products.
- It is a well-known larger technology focused product Organization.
The Job :
Channel Management :
- Identification, selection of partners in allocated territory as per our client's specifications and business plan
- Responsible for channel health- productivity, attrition, growth, compliance
- Responsible for supporting Channel Partner's sales staff in account penetration through product Demonstration
Customer Relationship Management :
- Assessing the customer's expectations and their work
- Retaining existing customer and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain good relations with stakeholders in commercial market
Market Development :
- Analyze latest market trends and remain updated about competition products.
- Plan marketing programs at regional level for partner's like- road shows, channel meets, exhibitions, & campaigns
- Executing the marketing programs as per plan and budget
Cross Functional Interaction :
- Closely work with the Service Division, Legal and Finance Division & Logistics for timely closure and delivery of orders
Reporting :
- Reporting of Monthly plans and targets achieved
- Preparing sales plan for purpose of planning and actual business results
Your Profile :
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience of which min 5 years in channel sales. Preferred candidate with experience in selling Large Format Printers in jobbers' segment/commercial market.

Communication :
- Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively. Is able to convey/sell thoughts and ideas by listening first & ensuring if the concerned person or group has grasped the core message.
