Assistant Sales Manager - IT - US Region


Description:

- We are looking for an experienced, dedicated and self-driven Sales Manager for the US region.

- Seeking an experienced professional to lead the sales operation of the USA & ROW.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Responsibility for driving the company's International sales revenue.

- Developing & Implementing Business Plans.

- Strategy and market mapping : Analyze the US market to identify geographic and segment opportunities for growth and build the plan for optimum results.

- Successful track record in SaaS or software sales leadership going through rapid growth during the expansion phase.

- Work closely with Marketing and Sales resources to create and manage the pipeline of new business in both existing customers and prospects.

- Actively work with internal teams to perform all the necessary steps for effective prospecting and qualification.

- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition.

- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of demos, meetings, and qualified opportunities.

- Generate, qualify, manage and close new business within the assigned target geography

Requirements -

- 2-5 years of experience

- Must have experience in product sales & USA Sales

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in product demonstrations

- Skills of Business Analyst

- Salesforce and systems knowledge

- Excellent project management skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment

- Proven skills to create and enforce highly efficient and effective sales processes.

- Ability to get involved in complex scenarios and work directly with prospects and customers,

- B2B Sales will be an add on
