Experience : 3 + Years of experience in sales and Marketing of Banking and Insurance

CTC : Up to 3.20 LPA + High Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
Candidate Requirement :
- Age : 24 to 38
- Education : Any Bachelor Degree
- Local Candidate are preferred.
